ACCELERATION AT OPTION OF SELLER FOR DEFAULT
At the option of seller, any default in the performance or observance of any of the provisions of this sales agreement, and any extensions or amendments hereto, continuing for a period of more than [Number of days in default] days, renders the total unpaid purchase price immediately due and payable.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
